How you’ll make an impact in this role Drive community vitality by spearheading national sales and outreach initiatives that result in sustained occupancy growth and optimized revenue across the AL/IL portfolio. Champion a culture of excellence through the standardization of sales execution, providing hands-on coaching and training to empower regional teams to reach their full potential. Cultivate strategic market presence by building robust referral networks and professional relationships that position our communities as the premier choice for senior living. Engineer data-driven growth by leveraging centralized analytics and competitive intelligence to refine pricing strategies and maintain a dominant market position. Establish transparent accountability through the design and implementation of clear performance management frameworks that celebrate success and identify opportunities for team development. Potential travel of 15-50%. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. What additional preferences we're seeking Multi-Site Senior Living Leadership: Proven experience directing sales or operations across a national or multi-regional portfolio specifically within Assisted Living and Independent Living. Strategic Growth Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving high-level occupancy and revenue growth through sophisticated pricing strategies and market-facing outreach.
