We are seeking a Director of Sales Operations to empower and enable our global sales team to work efficiently and deliver results. This leadership role sits at the intersection of sales management, enablement and cross-departmental alignment.
Partnering with the CCO and VP of Marketing & Sales, the Sales Ops Director translates goals into actionable sales plans. Working with the Sales Ops manager they oversee the daily operations of the sales function and act as a facilitator with other teams to improve processes, collaboration and client outcomes.

We would like to hear from you if you have this professional profile:

  • Bachelor degree in a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations, or a related leadership role, ideally in a fast-growing B2B company.
  • Proven track record in managing sales processes and supporting teams in an extremely fast-paced, international context.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and skilled at balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution. Builder and doer mentality.
