We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales with a strong focus on conferencing and events. This role is based in Melbourne, with some travel to Marysville as required. In this pivotal position, you’ll drive business growth by proactively sourcing and managing clients—from corporate groups to private celebrations—while showcasing our venue’s unique strengths: a spectacular location, versatile event spaces, and seamless service. Job Description
We seek a driven and goal-oriented Director of Sales to take on a high-impact role across both the conferencing and events market as well as the growing leisure segment. Motivated by results and backed by experience in hotel or resort sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue, growing market share, and building strong relationships across a diverse client base.
This is a pivotal commercial position that plays a critical role in driving overall property performance. Your strategic thinking, proactive approach, and sales expertise will directly influence the success of our destination. Supported by our Revenue and Marketing teams, you will have the tools and autonomy to identify new opportunities and convert them into long-term business.
