Our hybrid work environment combines the best of both worlds with at least three (3) days in office and up to two (2) days virtual for employees who live within fifty (50) miles of a Farmers corporate office. JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for corporate results of Sales Performance unit for all products including; Personal Lines, Specialty (Bristol West), Life and Business insurance (Kraft Lake). Develops and executes strategic business plans that will generate corporate gross written premium (GWP), new business (NB) and profit goals. Manages the development and design of a standardized sales model across all business units and product lines. Responsible for managing the development of a highly skilled, professional sales staff and management team.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree required with emphasis in marketing, business or insurance preferred. Master’s degree in marketing, business or insurance preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
10 years of experience in the insurance industry. 7 years of management experience.
SPECIAL SKILL REQUIREMENT
Knowledge of all Farmers product lines, systems and tools preferred. Proven written and oral communication skills. Proficient in the use of current technology as it applies to sales management.
