Job Description
The Director of Sales Processes Development will be responsible for enhancing and optimizing sales processes within the Industrial Equipment business area. This role involves developing and implementing sales and sales management training programs, creating sales support materials, and devising strategies for key account management. The Director will work closely with Alpha and Beta sales organizations to ensure tailored support and efficient tools to enable the sales ambition.

Responsibilities

Sales and Sales Management Training:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for sales teams.
  • Develop ongoing development programs to enhance sales management skills.
  • Provide support and guidance to Alpha and Beta sales organizations on training required
  • Cooperating with external partners and internal stakeholder to craft effective training programs

Sales Process Development and Support:

  • Analyze and improve existing sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to support sales teams.

Sales Support Materials:

  • Create and maintain sales support materials, including brochures, presentations, and other collateral.
  • Ensure all materials are up-to-date and aligned with the company’s branding and messaging.

Sales Playbooks:

  • Develop detailed sales playbooks for all equipment product offerings and assure alignment with the service offering.
  • Ensure playbooks are comprehensive and provide clear guidance for sales teams.

Sales Lead Generation:

  • Develop and implement strategies and plans for generating sales leads.
  • Provide support to sales teams in lead generation activities.

Key Account Management:

  • Develop and implement key account management strategies.
  • Provide tools and support to manage and grow key accounts effectively.
