Rochester Midland Corporation, a leading manufacturer and global supplier of specialty chemicals for boiler, cooling and wastewater treatment is seeking an experienced sales leader to manage a $30 million dollar business for its Water Energy Division in the Eastern Ontario, Montreal, and Nova Scotia.
This motivated candidate will solicit sales and support Commercial and Institutional Division programs and products in Water Energy to current and future customers. To be successful in this position, this candidate will have the ability to effectively communicate with people at all organizational levels.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Regional Sales Manager plans, organizes, directs, and controls the area sales and service operations of the Company. This includes revenue growth, sales budgets and forecasts, territory area development, sales and customer training, and other customer relations as needed.
