You will provide leadership, prioritization and alignment of organizational resources to enable execution of effective and profitable business plans. In this role, you will: Engage our People as Business Owners: Coaches, develops, empowers team members as appropriate. Actively manages staffing needs and succession planning for team. Has a track record for development of direct reports. 40% Drive the Business: owns execution of volume, net sales, AMPS and profit objectives for Customer team. Owns policy deployment and compliance. 30% Customer Planning and Strategy Development: Drives an integrated and cross-functional business planning process. Owns allocation and prioritization of resources. Owns senior management penetration and relationship development with Customer. 20% Build Capability to Drive Growth and Eliminate Waste: Ensures Team has knowledge and tools to drive growth.
