Rixos is a successful brand already established across the Middle East and Europe, and this is an important milestone in the brand’s global expansion. Job Description Proven experience in leisure sales within the luxury hospitality segment (5-star, ultra-luxury, or premium lifestyle brands). Established network within luxury consortia such as Virtuoso, American Express FHR, Signature, and Traveller Made. Strong commercial acumen with advanced negotiation and relationship management skills. Deep understanding of luxury distribution channels and high-end traveler expectations. Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis. Fluency in English required; additional languages are a strong advantage. Qualifications Deep expertise in luxury hospitality standards and guest expectations within 5-star and ultra-luxury environments. Strong command of global distribution and consortia channels, including GDS, CRS, and luxury networks (e.g., Virtuoso, Amex FHR). Advanced knowledge of revenue management and pricing strategies, including forecasting, segmentation, and ADR optimization. Comprehensive understanding of luxury leisure sales cycles, including FIT, wholesale, and tailor-made segments. Solid financial and analytical acumen, including budgeting, ROI evaluation, and performance tracking.
