Responsibilities

The primary focus of the role is to drive incremental revenue in line with budget and future strategy. With a focus on delivering new lucrative business opportunities that drive revenue and rate, and to build effective relationships with existing accounts to drive volume. The role will also focus on revenue growth of the M&E and group business segments from a combination of new, existing and agency relationships, across all hotels within the Clermont Hotel portfolio. The individual will need strong leadership skills, with a focus on induction, training, mentoring & measurement of the team. With over 4000 bedrooms in London, this individual also needs to be identifying opportunities across the whole group of hotels, ensuring a cross-selling mentality is adopted across all relevant departments and areas of responsibility.
â—� Have a clear understanding of the hotels budget strategy and business mix
â—� Develop and deliver intelligent, strategic business plans aligned to the individual hotel strategy
â—� Unearth and deliver a targeted number of new lucrative business opportunities to support the hotels revenue target
â—� Grow revenue and target market share growth by utilising Agency 360 data and RP targets set by hotel by month
â—� To work closely with the revenue team to align rate plans and pricing for both corporate and group business
â—� Attend and prepare information for the weekly strategy meetings
â—� Utilise salesforce.com to enrich client specific data to build a deep understanding of the accounts, the opportunities that exist and to share key information with the hotels
â—� Represent the brand to the external market through marketing plans and digital opportunities
â—� Work alongside the central KAD’s and have involvement in the rate negotiation of the major national accounts
â—� Develop inbound international business from key markets and global strategic accounts
â—� Ability to analyse data and market information
