Position: Director of Sales – Wholesale Compensation: $85,000/year + Quarterly performance-based incentives Location: Moorpark, California GT Water Products, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Director of Sales – Wholesale to lead and grow our wholesale channel. This role is responsible for managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and strengthening relationships across our wholesale network. The ideal candidate brings strong B2B sales experience, industry knowledge, and a strategic mindset to expand market share and enhance product presence. What You’ll Do: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned wholesale accounts Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and purchasing teams Ensure effective product placement, merchandising, and promotions Conduct product training sessions to support wholesale partners and drive sell-through Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates Negotiate pricing, promotions, and contract terms within company guidelines Utilize NetSuite ERP/CRM (or similar systems) to track sales activities and opportunities Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, logistics, marketing, and customer service teams Conduct site visits and represent the company at trade shows and industry events What You’ll Need to Succeed: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3–5+ years of experience in wholesale account management, B2B sales, or distribution Experience in plumbing, hardware, or building materials industry strongly preferred Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/CRM systems Ability to travel as needed What GT Water Products Offers You: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage 401k Retirement Plan Vacation Sick Leave 6 Paid Holidays Please note that these are just some potential examples, and the specific benefits and perks offered may vary based on the position and location.
