About the Role The Director of Sales will lead, train, attract, and inspire agents every day. This role is equal parts motivator, coach, strategist, talent builder, and accountability partner. You'll host 1:1 coaching sessions, lead structured role-play scenarios, jump into the field when needed, and help agents elevate their performance in all areas of the sales process. Just as importantly, you'll play a key role in attracting and bringing on talented agents to the firm, ensuring we continue to grow with the right people in the right seats.
