Position: Director of School Location: Warrington, PA * Start Date: June 1, 2026 Schedule: Full-Time *This position requires training in either Princeton or Mount Laurel, NJ during the month of June and possibly part of July. Daily travel to and from New Jersey will be required; however, no overnight travel is necessary. Some Key Responsibilities of this position- Plan, develop, schedule, and/or provide in-service training and evaluation of childcare staff. Recruit and schedule children for the school; maintain accurate records on children enrolled in the program to include their development, attendance, immunization and general health. Conduct program registration and maintain appropriate files and waiting lists. Confer with parents on a regular basis to discuss the development of their enrolled children. Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual and social needs of the children in the program. Develop culturally appropriate programs and activities. Establish routines and provide positive guidance. Maintains accurate and timely educational assessments and progress notes for all assigned students. Maintains ratios at all times, keeps attendance records of children throughout the day. Conduct parent observations and tours. Conduct/attend all required Teacher In-Service days. Manage CRM software. Maintain employee data and timecards in Payroll/Human Resource Platform (Paylocity) Participate in Mentor/Mentee program and training program. Why Apple Montessori Schools? Requirements Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree required, in Education or in another field with Education-related courses. Management experience required. ECE experience required. Must complete Montessori Certification within the first year of employment. CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to initiate and maintain working relationships with all levels of staff. Ability to multitask in a school setting. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Computer literacy in Office Word, Excel, Outlook and web-based applications, and proficient in the use of office equipment. Procare, Paylocity, Monday.com experience a plus Working and Physical Demands- Office based, requires full range of body motion including; bending, sitting, and standing through the required hour work day. May require working under stressful conditions, and requires flexibility in response to staffing needs. May require after hour events/ weekend enrollment events as needed.
