Overview POSITION OVERVIEW Fidelity National Financial (FNF) is seeking a skilled Director of Security Architecture to join its Information Security Office (ISO). The Director of Security Architecture will lead the strategic design and implementation of enterprise-wide security architecture initiatives. This role will report directly to the Chief Security Officer (CSO) and will be responsible for shaping the future of FNF’s security posture across cloud, application, and infrastructure domains. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader with deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to align and prioritize security strategies with business objectives. LOCATION While this role is preferably based at our headquarters in Jacksonville, FL, it may also be performed remotely. Remote candidates must be able to travel to our Jacksonville office on a monthly basis. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the Security Architecture teams in designing scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise solutions across cloud, application, and infrastructure environments. Define and maintain enterprise security architecture frameworks, standards, and roadmaps aligned with business and regulatory requirements. Drive the advancement of our Zero-Trust Security Architecture across the enterprise, with a strong emphasis on Privileged Access Management (PAM). Collaborate with executive leadership, business units, and technology teams to integrate security into digital transformation initiatives. Oversee the development and implementation of secure design principles, threat modeling, and architectural risk assessments. Drive the adoption of secure DevOps practices and embed security into CI/CD pipelines. Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to proactively identify risks and opportunities for innovation. Provide strategic guidance on cloud security architecture, including multi-cloud and hybrid environments. Ensure third-party solutions and integrations meet FNF’s security standards and compliance requirements. Mentor and develop a high-performing team of security architects and engineers. Represent the security architecture function in governance forums, audits, and executive briefings. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Requires 12+ years of progressive experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architecture role. Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise security architectures in large, complex environments. Deep expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern application architectures (e.g., microservices, containers, serverless). Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, GLBA, HIPAA) and industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). Ability to balance business needs with security requirements in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong leadership and team-building capabilities. Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SABSA, or TOGAF are highly preferred. Experience working in or with financial services organizations is a strong plus.
