POSITION OVERVIEW: DIRECTOR OF LEARNING & SERVICE

As a member of the senior leader of the team, the Director of Learning & Service is responsible for cultivating a culture of luxury service, professional development, and continuous improvement. This role champions our service values across F&B, blending classic hospitality with modern innovation. The position will design and implement training strategies that reflect global luxury benchmarks while embracing our club’s unique identity and culture.
This individual also plays a hands-on operational leadership role in all front-of-house performance, training execution, and member service excellence—ensuring that daily operations reflect the same values instilled through learning and development.

Requirements: Strategic Learning Leadership

• Design and lead a holistic learning and development strategy that supports our service mission.
• Integrate service philosophies from industry leading standards into training initiative.
• Collaborate with department heads—especially F&B and Member Services—to align learning outcomes with operational goals and member experience standards.

• Assist in development and monitoring of departmental budgets and cost analysis.
• Participate in and oversee the completion of end-of-month inventories for bars and storerooms.
• Record and maintain documentation related to training, performance reviews, meetings, and operational updates.
