Qualifications Under direct supervision of the Director of Gaming Operations, manages all Slot and Sportsbook operations, and ensures compliance with established laws, regulations, policies, and procedures to include the Tribal State Compact, and Gaming Ordinance. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information. Prefer bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, seven years' experience in the administration and operations of Casino Slot and Sportsbook management, three years management experience, or a combination of education and experience. Multi-property experience desired. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California. Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred. Tribal preference given to qualified tribal members.
