We launched on TikTok Shop just weeks ago and have already seen explosive traction, and now we’re looking for a world-class operator to take ownership of the channel and build it into a major revenue engine for Freebird. We’re hiring a Director of TikTok Shop / Social Commerce to architect, build, and scale a high-performing TikTok Shop program that becomes a core pillar of Freebird’s growth. This is a rare opportunity to: Own the entire TikTok Shop strategy Build your own team Create a multi-tier creator ecosystem Shape a new category of social commerce Operate with full autonomy and executive support Make an outsized impact at a brand in rocketship mode You will partner across Growth, Creative, E-commerce, Amazon, and Retail to turn TikTok Shop into a channel that drives massive revenue, awareness, content volume, and incrementality. This role blends creator psychology, growth strategy, systems thinking, and operational excellence into one.
