MEET OUR TEAM:

As Director of the Central Region Solutions Consulting team, you will lead a team of Solutions Consultants across the Central (DACH & Nordic) region. You will collaborate cross-functionally with account executives, partners, business officers, and other stakeholders to execute sales strategies and drive adoption of Pega’s AI-powered workflow and decisioning capabilities. Our team is technical, business outcome driven, customer-centric, and focused on transformation for clients through Pega’s solutions.

Responsibilities

Technical Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Coach and lead the team in the discovery, qualification, and development of best practice technical solutions that leverage Pega’s solution set, workflow and AI functionality to deliver business value for enterprise clients in the DACH & Nordics regions.
  • Proactively support and work with the SC and Sales teams in the delivery of world-class presentations and demos through coaching and sharing best practice to “raise the bar” in alignment with both DACH’s structured approach and Nordic consensus-driven business communication styles.
  • Engage and develop relationships with client, partner, and account team executives in target accounts across the DACH & Nordics regions, to ensure adoption of Pega’s core technologies and client health.
  • As part of the Central GTM leadership team, be a recognized thought leader and domain expert in Pega solutions, leading excellent presentations, workshops, and event speaking.
  • Work with top tier clients and partners to meet their strategic business goals by streamlining their critical operations to engage their customers across multiple channels using Pega’s AI-powered customer engagement, workflow and legacy transformation solutions
  • Lead the team in preparing road maps focused on evaluating the current state and the transformation to the future state with Pega’s cutting edge unified platform, highlighting how AI can accelerate true transformation
