Responsibilities
  • Maintain the highest standards of treatment, service, satisfaction, and attention to details in accordance to established MOHG policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Recruit, on-board, train, develop, and motivate all colleagues to the required skills and service levels.
  • Establish the annual budget for the Spa and Wellness department and develop marketing strategies to achieve financial targets established.
  • Review schedules of therapists regularly and monitor treatment rooms utilization to maximize yield and operate at peak efficiency and productivity.
  • Design and set achievable goals and incentive programme (treatment and retail) for spa colleagues.
  • Regularly conduct market research and studies to understand market trends.
  • Responsible for inventory purchase and control for products, equipment, and supplies.
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs and ensure maintenance and housekeeping of all facilities and areas.
