Job Description

PROVIDE SPA EXPERIENCE THAT EXCEEDS GUESTS’ EXPECTIONS

• Lead the team on a Heartist® approach to personalizing the guest experience at the Spa

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’ s Degree (Business Administration) an asset.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in management position in a large volume spa.
• Experience in the hospitality industry in a luxury property.
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop business.
• Desire to provide phenomenal guest experiences.
