We are writing a new and exciting chapter in the history of The Belfry. A major expansion and renovation project has begun at our resort, due for completion in Autumn 2025. The annual salary for this role is £56,000

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Director of Spa, you will be at the forefront of overseeing all aspects of the spa operations, including the treatment rooms, pool areas and fire & ice experiences, you will take charge of driving the spa’s commercial growth, improving guest satisfaction, and leading a dedicated team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen and the ability to innovate, creating memorable spa experiences while achieving revenue targets and enhancing the resort’s overall offerings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for the spa, aligning it with The Belfry’s goals.
  • Drive revenue growth with innovative spa promotions, pricing strategies, and packages.
  • Manage the spa’s financial performance, ensuring that budgets and profit margins are met.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to create compelling campaigns that attract new guests and clients.
  • Design seasonal promotions and evaluate market trends to maintain the spa’s competitive edge.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to enhance team skills in guest service, sales, and treatments.
  • Create a positive, professional environment that encourages collaboration, growth, and team success.
  • Lead the delivery of exceptional guest service across all areas of the spa.
  • Monitor guest feedback, ensuring continuous improvements and consistently high satisfaction.
  • Enhance the guest experience through upselling, personalised services, and tailored packages
