JOB OVERVIEW
Redline’s Director of Sports Performance (DSP) is the heartbeat of our sports performance facility. Responsibilities of this integral position include oversight and management of our Sports Performance Specialist team, member retention through outstanding training performance, parent communication, and performing future member evaluations and retesting. Our new DSP should be a dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced training specialist with impressive leadership ability who enjoys working with young athletes from ages 8 through 18.
Our DSP’s have a story that they can share with our athletes and their parents. They have had NCAA - and often professional or semi-professional experience. They have trained in a variety of environments and have certifications, education, and other credentials to back up their real-world experience. They love working with athletes of all ability levels and enjoy creating relationships with their parents and coaches.

Responsibilities of this position include coaching athletes, leading coaching staff, and ensuring the quality of client experience. Their primary focus will be leading training sessions, training coaches, and connecting with athletes. Daily responsibilities include opening and closing procedures, all programming communications, service delivery/training, executing large training and testing events, speaking with parents of prospective and current members, performance testing and all data collection & communication, and other duties as needed.
As a member of the leadership team of the facility, the DSP will also participate in strategic discussions surrounding additional programming, camps and clinics, and partner marketing.
