Description

JD Sign Group is seeking a high-performing Director of Strategic Accounts to drive national growth by identifying, securing, and expanding relationships with Canada’s largest and most influential companies. This is a pivotal role responsible for developing long-term, high-value partnerships that generate recurring business and fuel our rapid expansion across the country.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5–10 years of proven B2B sales leadership, ideally in signage, construction, or related industries.
  • Experience closing national or multi-location accounts and delivering long-term client value.
  • Industry knowledge in automotive (dealerships), retail, hospitality, financial services, or fuel/petroleum is a strong asset.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Zoho preferred) and pipeline management best practices.
  • A strategic mindset with hands-on execution and strong client-facing presence.
  • Confidence in navigating complex sales cycles and leading internal resources to deliver.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and target high-potential industries and enterprise clients across Canada.
  • Develop and articulate compelling strategies to communicate JD Sign Group’s unique value proposition.
  • Lead outbound sales efforts to drive pipeline growth and open doors to large, multi-location opportunities.
  • Win and expand enterprise and national accounts, with a focus on recurring program-based business.
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance demand generation and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Own your sales pipeline—track key metrics, forecast accurately, and report on progress.
  • Launch new programs in partnership with internal teams and ensure smooth handoff to delivery.
  • Supervise and mentor an internal Account Manager responsible for day-to-day account execution and client satisfaction.
