JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The Sr. Director of Strategic Accounts leads the company’s efforts to maintain and expand relationships with large, multi-location customers. They will be assigned to IDN level accounts and responsible for achieving renewals as well as strategic upsell account objectives. This role will represent renewals and other company products and services to assigned customers while ensuring customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company. The Sr. Director of Strategic Accounts also focuses on the headquarters and key buying locations of assigned accounts, while coordinating closely with field associates assigned to these customers’ other locations.
Candidates should be comfortable working independently, and taking the initiative to identify and address work needed but not necessarily assigned.
