JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Strategic Partnerships – Digital Signage is responsible for building and leading Poppulo’s partner ecosystem to accelerate the growth of our digital signage business. This role will identify, develop, and scale relationships with strategic partners — including AV/IT integrators, resellers, and global solution providers — who will advocate for and sell Poppulo’s solutions into their customer base.
Success in this role requires strong partner management expertise, deep understanding of the AV/IT and SaaS market, and the ability to design programs that create mutual value for Poppulo and its partners. The Director will set strategy, build a high-performing team, and collaborate across sales, marketing, product, and customer success to maximize partner-driven revenue.
The position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and will play a key role in driving global go-to-market success for Poppulo’s digital signage solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in channel sales, alliances, or strategic partnerships, within AV/IT, or digital signage industries as well as SaaS.
  • Proven track record of building partner ecosystems and delivering measurable revenue growth through channels.
  • Strong network across AV/IT integrators, VARs, and enterprise technology providers.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams across regions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a high-growth, global, private equity-backed environment.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and Execute Partner StrategyDevelop and implement Poppulo’s digital signage partner strategy, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and growth of high-value partners.
  • Build and Scale EcosystemEstablish a scalable partner program including tiering, incentives, and enablement frameworks to drive growth through resellers, integrators, and alliances.
  • Deliver Revenue GrowthOwn partner-related revenue targets, ensuring measurable contribution to overall ARR growth. Partner with sales leadership to align channel and direct sales strategies.
  • Enablement & AdvocacyDesign and deliver partner enablement programs, toolkits, and sales training to ensure partners effectively position and sell Poppulo solutions.
  • Go-to-Market & Co-SellingCollaborate with sales and marketing to launch joint GTM campaigns, drive pipeline generation, and execute co-selling motions with partners.
  • Drive innovation through strategic alliance by leveraging Partnerships to accelerate adoption of Poppulo’s AI-Powered and Cloud based signage solutions.
  • Industry EngagementRepresent Poppulo at industry and partner events, building market visibility and thought leadership.
  • Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment between partner initiatives and overall company objectives.
