Are you ready to join us and shine brighter in the industry’s most exciting rocket-ship? 🚀 What you will do As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will lead our global partnerships function, setting the strategic vision and managing a team dedicated to driving growth through high-impact collaborations. You will nurture existing key partnerships, proactively build new ones, and ensure the team’s performance aligns with company goals. This role combines leadership, strategy, and execution in a fast-paced, international environment. Where you will have impact Define and execute the global partnership strategy, setting clear KPIs and objectives in collaboration with Revenue leaders. Lead, coach, and mentor the strategic partnerships team to enhance both team performance and partner success. Manage day-to-day relationships with key partners, including C-level stakeholders and partnership leaders. Present performance updates and business impact reports to the executive team, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks. Act as the main liaison with cross-functional teams (product, sales, legal, marketing, engineering) to execute partnership strategies. Design and oversee demand-generation initiatives such as training programs, campaigns, webinars, and events. Drive direct and influenced partner revenue, ensuring achievement of partner success KPIs. Support complex, large-scale, or new business partnership opportunities from inception to closure. Represent the company and partnership team at industry events and forums worldwide. Who you are Proven experience leading partnership teams and programs within complex ecosystems Experienced in managing senior and C-level partner relationships and driving business KPIs Strong cross-functional collaboration and program management capabilities Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey business impact internally and externally Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and problem-solving Proven success in achieving revenue and growth targets in a high-growth environment Comfortable managing changing priorities and aligning diverse stakeholders Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset 5+ years in senior partnership roles and at least 3 years of team management experience Strong knowledge of the travel technology ecosystem is a plus Thank you for considering a career with Lighthouse.
