ABOUT THE ENGAGEMENT:

Zonberation Group is partnering with TikTok to support their Monetization Product Partnerships in North America. We are building a specialized outreach team to accelerate the client’s partner ecosystem growth.
We are looking for a Business Development leader to join Tiktok’s Monetization Product Partnerships Team and focus on expanding the product partnerships and technical solutions that help advance the efficacy of the ads platform to drive business growth on TikTok. Partnerships are critical to bridging the technologies used to manage a business with TikTok and more efficiently reaching new and existing customers. As a Business Development Lead, you will focus on new business opportunities centered around building partnerships that expand a brand’s ability to invest on TikTok Ads. The team’s culture mirrors that of a small start-up; a team of entrepreneurs and leaders with an eye for what’s next. You will work closely with various internal stakeholders including product, strategy, legal, partner activation/enablement, and marketing to unlock new ways for building for success on TikTok.
Duration: 3 months from Sept-Dec 2025
Schedule: 8 hours a day, 40 hours per week

Rate: 60-100 USD Per Hour/ Negotiable
Responsibilities:
This role will accelerate TikTok’s monetization strategy, expand its partner ecosystem, and deliver measurable business impact, to support TikTok’s MPP team in the following areas:

HIGH-LEVEL COMMUNICATION AND RELATIONSHIP SKILLS

Skilled at presenting to and influencing internal and external stakeholders at all seniority levels, with a history of building long-term, trust-based relationships across diverse, international teams.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $110.00 per hour
