ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a Director of Strategy and Analytics to lead our newly formed Strategy and Analytics team. Reporting directly to the CEO and Founder, you will be a key strategic partner, combining data insights and business acumen to shape and execute our strategy and drive organizational success. You will closely collaborate with the executive team to drive our strategic direction and ensure initiatives are effectively executed. You will also oversee the analytics function, building and mentoring a team that helps teams across Stravito be more successful by leveraging data.
Success in this role means making data an essential part of our decision-making, helping the company and teams align around clear goals and identify paths for growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic experience - Background in company strategy, ideally as a former strategy consultant or in a company strategy team.
• Analytics experience - Hands-on experience with analytics in a product company or SaaS environment.
• Team leadership - Proven experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
