Director Of Strategy   At ARN, one of Australia’s leading audio-led entertainment companies, you have an opportunity to share your voice in the future of audio. With 58 radio stations in 33 markets, along with 46 DAB+ stations nationwide and our digital platform, iHeart, we go beyond the airwaves, capturing the hearts and minds of listeners in both metro and regional communities across Australia.     We currently have a high impact Director of Strategy opportunity that will see you partner with our CEO, CFO, Executive Leadership team, and Board of Directors to ensure strategic decisions are evidence‑based, financially sound, and aligned to ARN’s corporate objectives.   About the role:  Responsible for the development of ARN’s enterprise‑wide strategy, delivering rigorous strategic analysis, high‑quality planning, and targeted M&A insights that drive growth, capital efficiency and long‑term value creation. Lead the enterprise strategic planning cycle that includes translating organisational and department goals into strategic company initiatives, and facilitating workshops and prioritisation forums when required. Prepare materials for the CEO, CFO, Executive Leadership team, Board of Directors and Audit & Risk Committees, that include performance dashboards, KPI frameworks, Board‑ready strategic papers and M&A strategic rationale papers. Conduct detailed industry, competitor and market trend analysis, and evaluate market adjacencies and growth opportunities. Conduct M&A landscape scans and undertake valuation work and synergy modelling. Support essential due diligence processes and any integration planning and post‑acquisition tracking   About you:   Experience working within a corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking or corporate development environment preferred. Media or digital industry experience also highly regarded. Exceptional strategic and financial analysis capability, with a high proficiency in valuation modelling and analytics. High expertise in corporate strategy, commercial analysis and market dynamics, coupled with the ability to build strategic plans and performance frameworks. A confident and natural presenter with outstanding communication skills. Strong stakeholder engagement skills at an Executive level. Understanding of M&A valuation, due diligence and integration.
