Description
Serve as center of excellence for Game Pass maximizing reach, monetization, and long-term asset health as well as content valuation, pricing/SKU policies, and global geo-pricing strategies Collaborate with Game Pass and Marketing on maximizing reach, monetization, and long-term asset health Partner with Central Marketing to capture efficiencies and cost savings and track overall progress towards productivity savings Drive continuous improvement in resource allocation and spending efficiency Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 4+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR equivalent experience. 4+ years in marketing analytics, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing roles, with experience in email/push and campaign performance measurement. Experience in SQL and a statistical programming language (e.g., Python, R). Experience working in gaming, entertainment, or live-service product marketing. Familiarity with distributed data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark). Exposure to global and regional marketing campaign planning and execution.
