POSITION TYPE: 12-month

COMPENSATION: $80,942 - $99,154, Home Office Grade 8

Responsibilities

When you join the YES Prep team, some of the work and responsibilities will include:

Student Application Strategy

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive, customized student application to meet enrollment goals by school and grade level that drives school growth;
  • Working as the leader designing the strategy for application targets for New School Launch plans;
  • Overseeing annual enrollment campaigns, including messaging, outreach, and engagement strategies across multiple channels to maximize return on application conversion to registered students;
  • Designing and executing strategies to collect and manage prospective student interest forms prior to the formal student application window, ensuring a healthy applicant pipeline;
  • Leading CRM and student application platform strategy to ensure streamlined, equitable, and user-friendly processes are in place for system level application coordinators and school teams;
  • Supporting early-entry market for new campus openings by partnering with Community Engagement and Advocacy to build trust and awareness in key communities over multiple years.

Enrollment Data Analysis

  • Collaborating with student enrollment team to analyze enrollment data, market trends, and demographic shifts to make data-informed decisions and maximize student share;
  • Designing and monitoring Objective Key Results (OKRs) to evaluate application conversion, application campaign effectiveness, and student share;
  • Working with Student Enrollment team to develop strategy on student enrollment and continuous improvement and innovation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborating with academic, operations, communications, and community teams to maximize participation in events and initiatives that support increasing student application volume;
  • Partnering with Community Engagement and Advocacy to build early awareness in future campus communities.

Manage a Team

  • Building, training, and managing a high-performing team focused on outreach, student applications, and student application acquisition strategy;
  • Working in close collaboration with School Operations to ensure effective training and integration of team efforts;
  • Setting clear goals and performance metrics (e.g., OKRs) to ensure accountability and continuous growth within the team.

Student Application Tiered Support System Strategy

  • Leading a tiered support system for schools not meeting enrollment targets and customizing a plan to meet enrollment goals;
  • Providing hands-on strategy development and implementation for under-enrolled campuses to boost application volume and conversion.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Working Conditions & Schedule

  • Flexible schedule with occasional evening and weekend events required.
