POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Vice President of Student Services, the Director of Student Development provides leadership for co-curricular programs that foster student engagement, spiritual formation, service, and vocational development at The King’s University. This role oversees chapel services, student mentoring, ministry and outreach teams, leadership development, and student activities. The Director plays a critical role in enhancing student experience, retention, and connection to the TKU community. Some evening and weekend hours are required.
