Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a pivotal leadership role for a mature professional whose career already speaks for itself. We are seeking a long-term strategic partner who measures success over years, not months, and who will be instrumental in scaling our company.
You will be the commercial and strategic backbone of our physical product operations, responsible for everything from our buy/make decisions, our international manufacturing strategy through to the gross margin on our multitude of BOM’s. You will be a key partner to Finance, Engineering, Marketing and Sales, providing the critical data and insights that drive business-wide profitability and competitiveness. We are a team that values growth, and we are looking for a leader who is open to professional coaching and comfortable with the challenge of elevating themselves and the entire leadership team.
