POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Director of Supply Chain leads the company’s end-to-end supply chain operations, including Sourcing, Product Category Strategy, Procurement, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics, and Customs Compliance. This strategic role ensures operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with corporate goals, driving sustainable growth and customer satisfaction through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, preferably in HVAC, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
• Proven skills in sourcing, logistics, procurement, compliance, and inventory management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and forecasting tools.

  Pay: $150,000.00-$170,000.00 per year
