SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR

Location: The Lower Mainland | Full-Time | Industry: Manufacturing
We’re seeking a skilled Supply Chain Director with strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline supply chain operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years in manufacturing-based supply chain leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement
  • ERP/MRP experience (Infor, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s/or Master’s degree or 10+ years of relevant experience
  • APICS, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage all supply chain functions at the Vancouver site, including purchasing, logistics, warehousing, and internal material flow
  • Apply Lean tools (Kanban, pull systems, flow optimization) across operations
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies for logistics, production, and engineering teams
  • Build strong supplier relationships and manage risk
  • Analyze data to improve performance and track KPIs
  • Establish and monitor KPIs across purchasing, inventory, warehouse operations
  • Support value stream mapping and cross-functional improvements
