Opportunity Description: Our organization is offering a full-time employment opportunity requiring a total of 40 hours each week, from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, across a schedule of five variable days. The successful applicant will oversee all aspects of planning, directing, budgeting, coordinating, and enhancing the operational quality of daily activities in various departments, including Surgical Services: Preadmissions, Outpatient Surgery (which includes Same Day Surgery, Endoscopy, and Spine-Pain), Operating Room (OR), Central Sterile, Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), and Surgery Center.
This role demands strong interpersonal communication skills and collaborative efforts with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to guarantee the provision of excellent care to patients. Candidates must bring a minimum of five years of nursing experience complemented by authoritative leadership and management experience. In addition, at least two years as a first-line supervisor or manager, paired with three years of clinical nursing practice, is required. A current Nebraska RN license is critical, and a Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) is mandatory or should be in progress for all applicants.
