Director of Surgical Services | Full-Time | Days | No Weekends Location: Hopewell, VA Salary: $96,137 - $153,816 per year (Based on Experience) Bonus: 15% Director Bonus Sign-On & Relocation Bonuses: Negotiable About the Role We are seeking an experienced Director of Surgical Services to lead perioperative operations in a 140+ bed acute care facility. This leadership position provides strategic oversight, operational management, and clinical excellence to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical services.
