Manulife is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our Actuarial, LICAT, and Reinsurance-related systems and platforms. Position Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of actuarial, LICAT, and reinsurance systems and platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with business needs and objectives. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in system processes and methodologies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Required Qualifications: Experience in actuarial, LICAT, and reinsurance systems management. Proven experience with relevant Azure related cloud. Relevant professional licenses or certifications such as Azure cloud certification Hands on experience with DB and Azure infrastructure Management Azure infra-cost budgeting and forecasting. Preferred Qualifications: Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in driving digital transformation and innovation in financial systems. Ability to effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
