DIRECTOR OF SYSTEMS AND INNOVATION

Location: Boca Raton, FL (Headquarters)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite Only
Salary: $130k-$160k (Based on experience)

OVERVIEW

Legacy Healing Center, a premier behavioral healthcare provider, is seeking a Director of Systems and Innovation for our Boca Raton headquarters. This role will drive innovation across the organization by leveraging artificial intelligence and advanced Salesforce development to create systems that streamline operations, support compliance, and improve client care. The Director will be a key leader in building timelines, processes, and accountability structures to ensure a high-functioning team.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
7+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, business systems, or technology integration.
Advanced Salesforce expertise (administrator/developer level, not just end-user).
Demonstrated success in implementing AI solutions to improve business processes.
Strong project management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines and drive accountability.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions to optimize healthcare operations and client engagement.
Oversee Salesforce administration and development, including dashboards, workflows, and automations across multiple departments.
Establish, document, and enforce timelines and processes to support organizational efficiency.
Collaborate with leadership to identify system gaps and implement scalable improvements.
Provide training and support to staff to ensure adoption and effective use of new systems.
Maintain compliance, accuracy, and consistency in all data-driven reporting.
Partner cross-functionally to align systems with the organization’s mission, growth, and performance goals.
