Responsibilities

Develop and implement a robust talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company’s goals and values.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team to achieve hiring targets and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective sourcing plans.
Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Oversee the management and optimization of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to build and maintain a strong employer brand and employee value proposition (EVP).
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure CareATC remains a competitive and attractive employer.
Build and support a cohesive identity and culture of belonging and inclusion in the CareATC community.
