POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition who will own and drive the full candidate and employee journey, from the moment a potential candidate explores INNERGY to the first 90 days of employment. This role blends strategic vision and hands-on execution, covering talent acquisition, onboarding, early employee engagement, internal mobility, and employer ambassador engagement.
You bring a founder’s mindset—scrappy, resourceful, and ready to build from the ground up. You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and approach challenges with creativity, agility, and curiosity. You are a data-savvy leader who uses analytics to inform decisions and tell compelling stories. As an employer brand ambassador, you know how to attract top talent. As a culture champion, you ensure every new hire feels connected, empowered, and set up to thrive from day one.
This role reports to the Chief People Officer and will partner closely with the Director of People Operations. Together, the People & Culture team will ensure the organization is set up for success during this period of growth and beyond.

ONBOARDING AND EARLY TENURE EXPERIENCE

  • Design and execute, with cross-functional leaders, a structured onboarding journey for the first 90 days
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to understand candidate and new hire sentiment
  • Design scalable programs that balance structure with personalization
  • Use data and feedback to iterate quickly and maintain competitive advantage
  • Ensure alignment between onboarding, training, and performance
