Responsibilities: Lead Performance Management Redesign: Design and implement a modern performance management approach focused on growth, feedback, and accountability. Own the Performance Cycle: Oversee goal setting, mid-year check-ins, and year-end reviews to ensure consistency and impact. Advance Talent Planning: Partner with senior leaders and HRBPs to build strong pipelines, succession plans, and workforce strategies. Support Leadership Development: Align performance and talent strategies with leadership programs and career pathways. Use Data to Drive Decisions: Leverage analytics to uncover trends, measure impact, and guide talent investments. Inspire and Lead: Cultivate a fun, inclusive, and motivating environment that energizes high-performing teams, learning is celebrated, and leadership is accessible. Mentor a small, high-performing team and foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Education: Master’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Psychology, or related field preferred. 7+ years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or HR Strategy in a global, matrixed environment. Prior experience with technology or semiconductor companies is preferred. Expertise in performance management redesign and talent planning. Strong business acumen and ability to turn strategy into action. Comfort with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday) and analytics tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A collaborative mindset and passion for building people-first solutions. Candidate must reside in Austin, TX, or Morrisville, NC.
