As the Director of Talent, Culture, and Care at Chick-fil-A Union Centre Blvd., you will be responsible for leading the restaurant’s talent strategy—from attracting top-tier team members to developing and retaining high-performing individuals who reflect Chick-fil-A’s values of excellence, hospitality, and servant leadership. This role is a key member of the leadership team and directly impacts the culture, performance, and future of the restaurant. This role embodies how we care for the community, each other, and ourselves.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Proven experience in HR, recruiting, training, or team leadership (2+ years preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for developing people and building strong, healthy teams
• High level of emotional intelligence and professionalism
