POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Director of Technical Operations to lead PartnerCentric’s technical operations and solution engineering initiatives. In this hands-on, high-visibility role, you will partner with Sales and Client Services to design and deliver innovative, sustainable technology solutions, while managing the Technical Operations team through client onboarding, integrations, migrations, tracking, and ongoing enablement. You will also oversee advanced affiliate marketing operations, including program tracking, attribution, product feed management, and partner network integrations—directly driving client success, revenue growth, and operational excellence.

INTERNAL ENABLEMENT & KNOWLEDGE SHARING

  • Train internal teams on technical capabilities, affiliate marketing best practices, and troubleshooting protocols.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and issue resolution workflows.

Responsibilities

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field.
  • Certifications and proven excellence in GA4 or Adobe Analytics.
  • 8+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical consulting, or technical operations leadership—ideally within SaaS, affiliate, or partner ecosystem environments.
  • 4+ years of experience managing tracking and tagging platforms such as Google Tag Manager, Tealium
  • 2+ years of experience managing mobile tracking platforms that utilize SDK or No SDK frameworks such as Branch, Appsflyer, and URLgenius
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, cloud platforms, identity-access management, and integration frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of affiliate tracking platforms, attribution modeling, GA4, product feeds, and reporting tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building and scaling high-performing technical teams.Exceptional communicator capable of translating technical concepts to both technical and executive stakeholders.
