ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a hands-on, senior-level Director of Technology & AI Integration to lead the continued development of our core platform while building intelligent tools that make complex operations easier, faster, and more scalable. This is a unique opportunity to own our entire tech stack—from code to cloud—and be the driving force behind automation and innovation across the business.
You’ll be responsible for driving new feature development in MyDMVPro, but just as importantly, you’ll be working side-by-side with our operations team to understand real-world workflows and implement enhancements in real time. This role uniquely marries the skill set of a senior full-stack engineer with the mindset of a problem-solving partner embedded within the business.
