JOB SUMMARY

The Alberta NDP Opposition Caucus is seeking a highly organized and strategic individual to join our team as Director of Tour. This vital leadership role reports directly to the Leader of the Official Opposition and is responsible for coordinating and managing the Leader’s schedule, logistics, and public engagements across Alberta.
As the Director of Tour, you’ll play a key role in connecting the Leader with Albertans—ensuring events are impactful, timely, and well-executed. You will also lead a dedicated team of tour staff and work collaboratively with the Caucus Executive, community stakeholders, and various departments within the caucus staff, including communications, policy, outreach, and operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
• Proven experience in scheduling, logistics, or political operations.
• Outstanding interpersonal, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, email systems, and database management.
• Ability to travel frequently within Alberta and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
