This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will design and deliver training that drives performance, builds belief, and ensures clarity around what great looks like — from frontline team members to senior leaders. This position carries direct authority over the training team and ownership of training-related KPIs that support company priorities. Experience & Skills Required 5+ years in a managerial and supervisory leadership role Extensive knowledge and practical application of proven training industry best practices and techniques Demonstrated experience training employees at multiple levels within an organization Strong curriculum development experience (in-person and LMS) Highly comfortable and proficient with computers and a variety of software and cloud-based programs Adaptability to pre-existing systems and organizational structure, with the ability to improve them thoughtfully Previous car wash industry and mechanical experience is a plus, not required Why Join Breeze Thru?
