QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in training, hospitality, education, or people development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop others.
  • Organizational and systems-driven mindset.
  • Alignment with Chick-fil-A’s values: Integrity, Excellence, Humility, and Stewardship.
  • Experience in curriculum design or adult learning preferred (not required).
Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

As the Director of Training, you will be responsible for creating and leading all training and development initiatives. You will partner with the Operator and Directors to ensure that every Team Member is equipped for success, from their first day on the job to advanced leadership opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a heart for developing people.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs for all positions.
  • Develop and mentor trainers, shift leaders, and managers in instructional best practices.
  • Ensure consistent onboarding and continuous development for new and existing Team Members.
  • Partner with Directors to assess performance gaps and provide training solutions.
  • Manage training resources, manuals, and digital platforms.
  • Monitor and measure training effectiveness, adjusting as needed.
  • Foster a culture of learning, growth, and excellence across the restaurant.
