We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Director of Marketing / User Acquisition to lead all marketing efforts for Almedia. This is a critical leadership role that will take full ownership of our user acquisition channels, influencer programs, and future marketing projects. You will be instrumental in maximizing our overall growth and scaling our user base for Freecash and other ventures. Responsibilities
  • Define & Own Marketing Strategy: Develop, define, and execute the overarching marketing and user acquisition strategy for Almedia, ensuring it’s aligned with ambitious growth targets and business objectives.
  • Lead & Mentor High-Performing Teams: Oversee and mentor the teams responsible for paid media, influencer marketing, and other growth initiatives, fostering a culture of ownership, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive Multi-Channel Growth: Take full ownership of all marketing channels, from established platforms like Google Ads and Meta to emerging channels, ensuring optimal budget allocation, execution, and performance across all areas.
  • Pioneer New Projects: Spearhead the launch of new marketing projects from inception to completion, identifying untapped opportunities and transforming them into scalable, high-impact channels.
  • Collaborate for Business Impact: Work closely with the CEO, VP of People, and other stakeholders to translate marketing efforts into clear business outcomes, providing strategic insights that drive the company’s growth.
