Job Description We are seeking an accomplished senior leader with a strong passion for luxury hospitality and excellence in Food & Beverage operations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in multi-outlet venue management, demonstrating proven expertise in financial performance, profitability, and operational oversight across restaurants, bars, lounges, and event venues. Exceptional leadership, communication skills, and the ability to drive high-performing teams within a dynamic, luxury brand environment are essential for this role. Qualifications Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service Strong interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail and commitment to excellence Ability to work as part of a diverse, dynamic team Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset A proactive, solution-oriented approach Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage / Venue management within luxury or upper-upscale hospitality brands, with at least 3–5 years at Director level or equivalent senior leadership role. Proven expertise in multi-outlet operations, including full operational, financial, and concept oversight of restaurants, bars, lounges, event, and entertainment venues. Strong financial acumen, with demonstrated capability in budgeting, P&L management, revenue optimization, cost control, forecasting, and profitability enhancement. Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead large, diverse teams, drive talent development, manage performance, and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and brand/operational stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required, with an additional language considered an asset.
