Transform VIP from a reactive service arm into a predictable, data-led, revenue-producing engine. Deploy segmentation frameworks for whales, high-potential players, and churn-risk cohorts. Drive structural improvements in bonus efficiency so Gamdom delivers high-value entertainment sustainably. Team Leadership & Execution - Build an Elite Unit Build and lead a high-performance VIP team with strong execution rhythms. Hire, upgrade, and restructure as needed, you own the talent and the standards. Create a culture where every manager behaves like a portfolio owner. Coach the team in relationship management, negotiation, and strategic retention. Set communication standards that reflect Gamdom’s premium, crypto-native brand. Player Experience & Commercial Intelligence - Reinvent VIP for a New Kind of Casino Build personalized engagement frameworks using behavioral and predictive data. Create decisive interventions at key inflection moments. Launch proactive reactivation programs. Ensure every touchpoint is discreet, instant, frictionless, and commercially smart. Cross-Functional Authority - VIP as a Strategic Engine Partner with Product & Data to build dashboards, triggers, and CRM capabilities. Influence roadmap, promo structures, and lifecycle strategy. Ensure VIP issues move through the organization with zero friction. Operational Excellence - Build a System That Runs Itself Establish the KPIs that matter: revenue per manager, LTV expansion, churn conversion, bonus efficiency, and more. Build forecasting models for value trajectories and revenue stability. Systematize SOPs and workflows to enable scale. Maintain a no-complacency culture of audits, reviews, and accountability.
